While we hope you love everything you receive, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This policy outlines how we handle refunds and returns — designed to protect both you and our brand.



📦 Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of personal care and fashion items, we can only accept returns under specific and limited conditions:

  1. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with tags and seals intact).

  2. Packaging must be fully intact – including branded boxes, inner seals, and protective wraps.

  3. You must notify us of your intent to return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  4. Your request must be approved by our customer support team before returning any item.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions. This helps us maintain the safety, hygiene, and integrity of all products sold on JustLawal.com.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used cologne, skincare, or body products

  • Worn or tried-on apparel or accessories

  • Gift cards or store credit

  • Free items, promotional gifts, or limited-edition drops

  • Digital content or downloads



💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are considered only in the case of verified defects or when an incorrect item was sent. If this occurs:

  1. Contact us at customerservice@justlawal.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos and videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your claim within 2–5 business days.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Partial refunds may be granted in rare cases at our discretion



🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product received is damaged or defective on arrival. Any replacement will be for the same item and variant only (if available).



🎁 Gifts & Third-Party Orders

If you received an item as a gift, the refund (if approved) will be sent to the original purchaser. We do not issue store credit or alternative compensation to gift recipients.



📦 Return Process & Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • We will guide you through a return-by-mail process using a designated courier or drop-off location

  • We do not publish or accept returns to any physical address without written approval

  • You will be responsible for securely packaging the item

  • You are advised to use a trackable shipping service

Just Lawal is not responsible for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper repackaging during return.



Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve been approved for a refund but haven’t received it:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again

  2. Contact your card provider or bank — processing may take a few days

  3. Still concerned? Email us at customerservice@justlawal.com and we’ll assist promptly
